He translated his passion for sales and marketing and experience in pre-sales with a multinational corporation into 400% revenue increase at hakuna matata in just 8 years. His typical day at work is a veritable mix of numbers, generating leads, and positioning and enhancing hakuna matata’s brand, internally and externally.
Chief Product Officer
A Technology leader with over 12 years of experience, Nandha is the visionary and the anchor of hakuna matata. His deep technical knowledge, experience across diverse technology stacks, and ability to spot opportunities and solutions in challenging situations and tasks make him the pillar of strength for the team. In a typical day at work, he wears many hats - delivery head, trainer, coach, mentor, client relationship manager, and so on.
Rajesh is the force behind hakuna matata’s biggest strength – technological depth and excellence. Quiet and intense, he is the symbol and champion of hakuna matata’s biggest differentiator and value proposition – the perfect combination of quality, creativity and client-centricity. And the right way to describe Rajesh would be – reader, explorer, night owl, animation enthusiast, and a knowledge powerhouse.

Anand is the champion of diverse, transferable skillsets, the ability to adapt to change, and the readiness to take on new challenges.A software engineer by qualification, an ERP Consultant by early experience, and project manager + practice head + relationship manager by excellence - Anand is currently focused on positioning hakuna matata as the go to organization for mobile, web and IOT for customers across the globe.

Mathan is the face and soul of the hakuna matata to its talent. He is fun loving, exudes warmth and care, brings real ‘human’ touch to HR, and lives the hakuna matata value of ‘creating happiness’ every single day at work. An Science Grad by qualification, a trainer by experience, and a HR leader by temperament, flair and choice, Mathan is focused on bringing, engaging, retaining and growing right talent at hakuna matata.
